Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2011

Washington, DC

November 3rd-7th

11/3/11 -- PHW 2011 starts tonight with our Welcome Happy Hour at the One Washington Circle Hotel's Circle Bistro, and we've already got people already registered from all over DC, MD, and VA, along with first-timers and past attendees from AZ, CA, DE, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, and SC. We expect this list to grow as people continue to purchase packages/tickets online in the next day and a half!

VENUE CHANGE!  In our continuing effort to expose our returning out-of-town guests to new venues, our Sunday Farewell Greek Night is moving to BARCODE, on 1101 17th St NW.  Opened one year ago by the same folks who brought you ultrabar, BARCODE features a single floor layout, spacious booths and lounge area, and TVs for those who want to catch the 2nd half of Ravens vs. Steelers on Sunday Night Football.

To accommodate those of you who are still looking for a way to economically attend multiple events this weekend, we're now offering one final set of discounts!  Purchase our Classic Package for $75, and new Friday-Saturday Night Packages or Saturday Night-Sunday Packages (both of which don't include MezeMania) for $60 and $55 respectively.  Each package saves you $10-$15 from walk-up prices!

Hotel Information

One Washington Circle Hotel
1 Washington Circle NW
Washington, DC  20037

(202) 872-1680 (local)
(800) 424-9671 (toll free)

Prominently positioned at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and K Street in Washington DC, One Washington Circle Hotel is only blocks from the most notable power brokers and policy architects in the world. Discover an artistic alternative to the traditional downtown Washington DC hotel accommodations at One Washington Circle. Here, the boutique experience isn't about indifferent attitude masquerading as exclusivity, or sacrificing comfort for fancy design. It is about arousing the senses with a dash of color and personality in a city of otherwise button-downed tastes. Glowing after an imaginative, multimillion-dollar redesign, these downtown Washington DC hotel suites are contemporary and cool. Yet the service is disarmingly warm, exceptionally perceptive, and focused intently on you as an individual. Opportunistically located in the heart of the Nation's Capital, One Washington Circle invites you to be at ease, be chill, and, above all, be yourself.

We've secured rooms in the DCGreeks.com Pan-Hellenism Weekend Block for only $129/night for single through quad occupancy rooms.  Every room is a suite, the majority of which have kitchens and balconies!

The room block was released on 10/17/11, but the hotel will still honor any new reservations made by metioning the DCGreeks.com Pan-Hellenism Weekend rate, but only while rooms in the hotel as a whole remain.  As of 11/2/11, Friday and Saturday Nights are sold out, but some rooms are available on Sunday Night for those wishing to extend their stay.

Make your reservations ASAP by calling (800) 424-9671 or (202) 872-1680 and ask for Kirsten in the Reservations Office to reserve your ideal suite!  Make sure to mention the DCGreeks.com Pan-Hellenism Weekend $129/night room rate.
