TEAM REGISTRATION FORM

Please note that this form is solely used for registering teams and players for the Bouzoukia in the Burgh Basketball Tournament. Registering through this form does not provide you with admission to the Friday or Saturday Greek Nights of the Bouzoukia in the Burgh. To purchase packages or single event tickets for the weekend itself, please visit the Bouzoukia in the Burgh Info Page on DCGreeks.com.

Instructions:

  • REGISTERING A NEW TEAM
    • Click on the REGISTER NEW TEAM button.
    • Team Registration Section
      • All fields are mandatory. 
      • The Email Address you enter will be used for all tournament communication from the following email addresses: 
        burghbouzoukia@gmail.com, Events@DCGreeks.com, and Sales@DCGreeks.com (for online credit card receipts)
        Add these email addresses to your "Safe Senders List" to avoid delivery into your junk/spam folder.
      • The email address and password you enter will be needed to log into your team's registration.
    • Player Registration Table
      • The bottom half of the form is to be used to enter the names of your players, their Dates of Birth, and email addresses.  Player's Email Address information will be used to send out tournament consent/liability waiver forms that must be acknowledged before the player can participate, so please ensure the information is accurate. 
      • This section is not mandatory at the time of initial registration, but must be filled in before the tournament begins.  Any data entered will be validated for accuracy, however.
    • PAYING FOR YOUR REGISTRATION
      • Paying for Your Registration Online
        • If selecting to pay Online with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal clicking the SAVE will button will redirect you to a page to enter your credit card information or to login to PayPal to checkout.
          • Make sure all appropriate fields and click SUBMIT to enter your payment.
          • If any errors are encountered during payment, do not resubmit your payment.

      • Paying with Check
        • If you choose to pay with a check, make the check payable to "Maids of Athena, Chapter #56" and send it to:

        • If you change your mind and choose to pay online with a credit card instead, simply edit your registration form and select the Pay with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or PayPal  button and click the SAVE button at which point you will be redirected to the payment page (see Paying for Your Registration Online Section above).
  • EDITING AN EXISTING TEAM REGISTRATION
    • Enter your Team Contact's Email Address which you entered at the time of the initial registration.
    • Enter the Password which you entered at the time of initial registration.
    • Click the EDIT EXISTING REGISTRATION button.
    • Make changes as needed and click the SAVE button.
