Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour Join us on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 7:00 PM as the Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour series celebrates its return to the District for the first time since January 2020 as we head to Wet Dog Tavern. Located slightly north of the U St. Corridor, Greek-owned Wet Dog Tavern is DC's first Bar Garden, featuring a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits, with an expansive outdoor space adding to its super-relaxed atmosphere. We'll have extended happy hour specials available for the group! Last month's Third Thursday saw a crowd of 19 people show up, a fantastic turnout for our first in-person happy hour since the pandemic began. We're hope to keep that momentum going as things begin to open back up! With visits to a variety of bars, restaurants, and lounges in the most vibrant neighborhoods of DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Third Thursday is a great way to catch up with old friends and make new ones in the Greek community. We strive to maintain the simple principles of its founders while expanding the event to an ever-changing audience of Greeks in the area.
