- Once you submit your payment information, you will be taken to a confirmation
page.
- Once at the confirmation page, you may enter the names of the people in your
group (you may also leave the same name for all tickets within your group.) Click Continue to save your changes.

Notes:
- Purchase your tickets on or before 10/12/14 for the Early Bird Price of $25 for
Adults. Tickets purchased 10/13/14 or later will be $30 for Adults.
Tickets for children ages 6 and up are $10 and children ages 5 and under are
free.
- As an added incentive, any purchases on or before
9/21/14 9/24/14 come with 3 free raffle tickets. Raffle
ticket stubs
can be picked up at the registration table the day of the event. You do
not need to be present to win.
- A reserved VIP table can be purchased for $50 and provides you and your guests with
prime seating to view entertainment and priority when visiting the buffet.
- Sponsorships
These are multi-ticket packages which include tickets for 2-10 people (depending
on package selected) along with the extras detailed below. Order form
shows the per person price. Tickets must be purchased in the increments shown to complete the package.
- Diamond Sponsorship - $1000 ($900 is tax-deductible)
- Includes admission for 10, reserved VIP table, private tour of school led by
Director, yearbook full page ad, recognition as a Lead Sponsor in live
announcement and on sponsorship material (including flyer, poster, and website)
and 20 raffle tickets.
- Platinum Sponsorship - $750 ($670 is tax-deductible)
- Includes admission for 8, reserved VIP table, private
tour of school led by Director, yearbook full page ad, recognition as a Lead
Sponsor in live announcement and on sponsorship material (including flyer,
poster, and website) and 14 raffle tickets.
- Gold Sponsorship - $500 ($440 is tax-deductible)
- Includes admission for 6, reserved VIP table,
yearbook half page ad, recognition as a Lead Sponsor in live announcement and on
sponsorship material (including flyer, poster, and website) and 7 raffle
tickets.
- Silver Sponsorship - $250 ($210 is tax-deductible)
- Includes admission for 4, listing in yearbook,
recognition as a Sponsor on material (including poster and website) and 5 raffle
tickets.
- Bronze Sponsorship $100 ($80 is tax-deductible)
- Includes admission for 2, listing in yearbook,
recognition as a Sponsor on material (including poster and website) and 3 raffle
tickets.
- This form can also be used to make tax deductible
donations to PAIDEIA ranging from $5 to $100 (in increments of $5) in addition
to or in lieu of purchasing tickets.
