Ticket sales for each evening's events close at 9:30 PM ET. Tickets will be available at the door. Attendees are encouraged to buy their tickets online to speed up entry for everyone or to bring cash and exact change (i.e. $20 bills for Friday, $15 for MezeMania, $85 for Saturday Night, and $15 for the Sunday Farewell Brunch), credit cards, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, or Venmo.

PURCHASING PACKAGES OR INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS TO PAN-HELLENISM WEEKEND 2023

• Please complete the form below and click CHECK FOR TICKETS to preview the tickets available for purchase. All tickets are general admission and will be available at the door, but attendees are encouraged to purchase in advance to take advantage of discounts and to streamline the check-in process, as electronic tickets will be scanned.

  • If you wish to select a different quantity or if you no longer wish to purchase tickets, click the RELEASE TICKETS button. (Do not click the BACK button on your browser.)
• Once you submit your payment information, you will be taken to a confirmation page. 
  • Once at the confirmation page, please enter the names of the individuals in your group who will be using each specific ticket purchased.  Each individual must have a ticket (either saved as an image on their phone or printed out in advance) for admission.  To ease distribution, you can enter individual email addresses along with names at the confirmation page and click the Send Emails to Distribute Tickets option.  Click Continue to save your changes.

Friday Greek Night at Public Bar Live

• To ensure the comfort of our guests, we are giving priority to attendees who have pre-purchased tickets to the Friday Greek Night at Public Bar Live.  Unlike past years where we've have had no limit to the number of same-day purchasers and walk-up attendees purchasing tickets at the door, we reserve the right to limit the number of tickets sold for the Friday Greek Night and to limit walk-up attendees.  To ensure entry, please purchase your tickets as soon as possible!
  • We will be taking reservations for up to 10 tables for bottle service.  Please email [email protected] with your name and phone number to make your reservations.  Please note tickets must be purchased in advance for all members of your party.  Tables can accommodate up to 8 guests each.

MezeMania Saturday Afternoon Rooftop Happy Hour at Decades

• All MezeMania tickets purchased come with a meze buffet and a free drink!

Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia at Penn Social

• Due to capacity constraints, only 500 tickets will be sold to the Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia at Penn Social.
• Admission to the Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia at Penn Social comes with complimentary heavy hors d'oeuvres.
• All tickets purchased ONLINE for the PHW 2023 Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia come with a free drink!

Sunday Farewell Brunch with Ionian Village at Astro Beer Hall (NEW)

• Tickets for this event include admission to our private room at Astro Beer Hall. All food and beverage purchases are the responsiblity of each individual guest.
• Tickets are free for those purchasing a ticket to the PHW 2023 Saturday Late Night Bouzoukia online.
• Tickets purchased a la carte are $15, with $5 of that going directly to Ionian Village.
