Ticket sales for Friday and Saturday Night's events close at 10:00 PM EST each night. Tickets will be available at the door. Attendees are encouraged to buy their tickets online to speed up entry for everyone or to bring cash and exact change (i.e. $20 bills for Friday, $15 for MezeMania, $70/$85 for Saturday Night, and $15 for the Sunday Farewell Brunch), credit cards, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, or Venmo.

PURCHASING PACKAGES OR INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS TO PAN-HELLENISM WEEKEND 2025

the tickets available for purchase. All tickets are general admission and will
be available at the door (if capacity allows), but attendees are encouraged to purchase in
advance to take advantage of discounts and to streamline the check-in process,
as electronic tickets will be scanned.

- Once you submit your payment information, you will be taken to a confirmation page.
- Once at the confirmation page, please enter the names of the
individuals in your group who will be using each specific ticket purchased.
Each individual must have a ticket (either saved as an image on their phone or
printed out in advance) for admission. To ease distribution, you can enter
individual email addresses along with names at the confirmation page and click
the Send Emails to Distribute Tickets option. Click Continue to save your changes.

11/7/25 11:00 AM: Those looking to join us for the Saturday Late Night Party now have the option of purchasing a $70 No Free Drinks Ticket which gains you admission with complimentary heavy hors d'oeuvres but without the two free drink coupons which come with the full price ticket.
In addition to individual tickets, we are offering attendees the option of purchasing PHW 2025 Classic Packages for all events of the weekend and Friday-Saturday Packages for the Friday Greek Night, MezeMania, and the Saturday Late Night Party. New for 2025: Optional Package Protection is available for all packages purchased through 10/8/25 to make your package partially refundable in the event you have to cancel on or before 11/5/25. See details below before placing your order.

The PHW 2025 Classic Package entitles the purchaser admission to all events of Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2025 and will include a free drink for MezeMania, two free drinks for the Saturday Late Night Party, and food at Sunday's Brunch at For Five Coffee DC. The PHW 2025 Friday-Saturday Package entitles the purchaser admission to the Friday and Saturday events of Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2025 will include a free drink for MezeMania, and two free drinks for the Saturday Late Night Party.
Prices shown below are valid through the date shown or until the specified total number of packages are sold, whichever comes first! Once the Valid Through date passes or the total quantity of packages sold is exceeded, we reserve the right to have the price jump to the next row until 500 total packages are sold.

NEW FOR 2025: Attendees who purchase a PHW 2025 Classic or Friday-Saturday Package on or before 10/8/25 have the option of adding Package Price Protection to their Package to allow the package to become fully or partially refundable in the event the purchaser is unable to attend. All cancelation requests received via email to [email protected] on or before 9/24/25 will receive 100% of the cost of the Package and the Package Protection purchased, minus a $10 handling fee per package canceled. Cancelation requests received between 9/25/25 and 11/5/25 will receive a partial refund per the table below. Cancelation requests received 11/6/25 or after will not be entitled to any refund. Packages purchased without Package Protection are not entitled to a refund. Individual tickets purchased outside of a package are also not eligible for refunds. Package Protection
must be purchased on the same transaction as the Package.

Examples:
If you buy a PHW 2025 Classic Package for $80 along with the $15 Package Protection on 8/23/25 and cancel on 9/20/25, you'd get $85 refunded ($95 paid * 100% - $10).
If you buy a PHW 2025 Fri-Sat Package for $86 and purchased the $13 Package Protection on 9/12/25 and cancel on 10/10/25, you'd get $69.20 back ($99 paid * 80% - $10).

To ensure the comfort of our guests, we are giving priority to attendees who have pre-purchased tickets to the Friday Greek Night. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets sold for the Friday Greek Night and to limit walk-up attendees. To ensure entry, please purchase your tickets as soon as possible!
