Presents Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2025 Washington, DC November 6 - 9 DCGreeks.com, in association with local and national Hellenic organizations, invites Greek American young adults from across the country to our Nation's Capital this November for the 16th Anniversary Edition the one of the most diverse and inclusive Greek events on the calendar! Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2025 will provide Greek American and Philhellene young adults 21-and-over with an affordable, fun, classy, and quality event which allows attendees from DC and over two dozen different states the opportunity to network in a relaxed and welcoming environment while helping raise money for over a dozen Greek American non-profit organizations and charities. Since the first edition of Pan-Hellenism Weekend in 2009, this weekend has raised $100,000 for our cosponsor organizations. Highlights of the weekend include Thursday and Saturday Happy Hours, a Friday Greek Night, Saturday Late Night Party, and a Sunday afternoon Getaway Day Event! Tickets now on sale! While we've hosted a number of Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hours at Balos since its opening in December 2023, we're exited to introduce this venue to our out-of-town guests joining us for PHW 2025! Located south of Dupont Circle and walking distance from Your Truly DC, Balos cultivates a warm and welcoming environment that will make you feel instantly at home. This “old-world approachability meets modern metropolis” feel is the collective dream of industry experts, fellow Greeks, and life-long friends Stefanos Vouvoudakis, Tom Tsiplakos, and Joe Ragonese––a restauranteur with decades of experience in upscale dining for those with discriminating palates across LA, NYC, the Hamptons, and more!

NEW FOR 2025: Attendees who purchase a PHW 2025 Classic or Friday-Saturday Package on or before 10/8/25 have the option of adding Package Price Protection to their Package to allow the package to become fully or partially refundable in the event the purchaser is unable to attend. All cancelation requests received via email to [email protected] on or before 9/24/25 will receive 100% of the cost of the Package and the Package Protection purchased, minus a $10 handling fee per package canceled. Cancelation requests received between 9/25/25 and 11/5/25 will receive a partial refund per the table below. Cancelation requests received 11/6/25 or after will not be entitled to any refund. Packages purchased without Package Protection are not entitled to a refund. Individual tickets purchased outside of a package are also not eligible for refunds. Package Protection must be purchased on the same transaction as the Package.

Examples:
If you buy a PHW 2025 Classic Package for $80 along with the $15 Package Protection on 8/23/25 and cancel on 9/20/25, you'd get $85 refunded ($95 paid * 100% - $10).
If you buy a PHW 2025 Fri-Sat Package for $86 and purchased the $13 Package Protection on 9/12/25 and cancel on 10/10/25, you'd get $69.20 back ($99 paid * 80% - $10).
