  • Third Course
    • Garides me Elies (orange flavored shrimp grilled with olive and orange salad)
    • Wine: Boutari, Mantinia, Moschofilero (white): The "in" wine of Greece. Moschofilero is a large pink grape which best grows in the area of Central Penoponisos.  Aromatic nose reminiscent of flowers. Ripe fruit on the palate.

    • Giouvetsi (diced lamb stew with orzo)
    • Wine: Papadonis Meden Agan (red): Just like it says on the label, the wine has nothing in excess. Full bodied, essence of ripe forest fruits, cherry blossoms and black forest "garrique".
