This Monday, June 12th, the YAL will host their monthly charity and social event beginning at 7:30pm in the kitchen of the new Cultural Center.  For the charity component of this event, please bring two or three loaves of sandwich bread and two or three packages of deli meats and cheeses.  If you don't have time to go to the supermarket after work on Monday, please write to Aris Chronis at [email protected] or Dean Bellas at [email protected] and let them know how much you want to spend.  Then, Aris and Dean will go to the supermarket and buy all the food supplies.  Please help us help the homeless.  Our goal is 1,000 sandwiches this month.  We can do it with your help.  For the social component of this event, we will go to a local restaurant for dinner immediately after sandwich-making.  This past weekend, we signed up 7 new members to the YAL, bringing our total membership level up to 192 members.  Deuteri Deutera is a great way to meet new people and help the less fortunate at the same time.
