November's Third Thursday takes to the exotic port of call, Bethesda, for an evening at Black's Bar and Kitchen, following their 2 million dollar renovation. Great sea food and small plates, oyster bar, and the bar has a great wine list, with spirits and plenty of beers on tap. The festivities start at 7pm, but you are more than welcome to come before then for the 5-7 pm happy hour. Third Thursday provides young (single and married) Greek-Americans, Greeks, and Cypriots in the DC area a chance to meet in an informal setting. It really is that simple. Whether you are in school or in a job, or somewhere in between, DC native or transplant, you are welcome. You don't even have to live in the area -- If you find yourself often in DC, get on the list. Add yourself to the mix. There is no cover charge and the organizers, Eleni Antzoulatos & George Papanicolaou, do not receive any remuneration for their efforts. Don't Drink and Drive!
