*Without having purchased a registration package, you will not be able to participate in the Basketball tournament or be able to play Beach Volleyball!!

Package Registration Begins February 1st for $100
Feb 1 - May 14: $100 (Must be postmarked by May 14th, or the additional $15 will be due when you check-in at registration during the convention weekend.)
Walk-Up $115
(A la carte pricing will be available for all events, but is not the recommended option for this option is a lot more costly.)

Registration check-in:
Registration Check-In will be held from 5pm-2am on Thursday May 24th and Friday May 25th in the Tradewinds Sandpiper Convention Hall Lobby, and again Saturday May 26th from 1pm-4pm. This is where you will pick up your package with your T-Shirt, wristband, schedule of events, etc. included.
YOU MUST SHOW YOUR VALID PHOTO ID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE AND YOU MUST KEEP YOUR ID ON YOU AT ALL TIMES FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT!!

BASKETBALL PLAYERS : If you are participating in the Basketball Tournament, the captain needs attach a team-fee check for $195, and mail it to the address above, send in a list of all team members names with the check, and each Basketball player must purchase an individual package to be eligible to play in the tournament. (*If this information is not received by May 14th, your team will not be eligible to play in the Basketball Tournament!!)

VOLLEYBALL: Volleyball is Coed and there is no fee to play (as long as you have purchased the Registration Package.)  If you know your team, please indicate the team captain on your package registration form. If you are unsure about your team or unsure if you wish to play, you can wait and sign up at the Registration Check-In Thursday, May 24 & Friday, May 25. Only 10 positions available on each team.
