Sign up for the AHEPA Texas Hold’em Tournament during the AHEPA Supreme Convention Casino Night. $50 buy in with only 60 seats available. The Texas Hold’em tournament will be held in the same room as the AHEPA Casino night, but is NOT included in the package, this is an extra added function and limited to the first 60 players. Come ZUMBA® your pants off at our indoor class. Make sure you bring proper footwear! Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

THU 7/21/11	6:00 PM - 7:00 PM	AHEPA International Koulouraki Contest	Fontainebleau Miami Beach	Do people always tell you that your koulourakia are the best? If so, here is your chance to prove it to everyone at the Supreme Convention in Miami, Florida! Here are the Rules: 1) Bring one dozen of your absolute best koulourakia. The koulourakia can either be sweet, salty, or both! 2) Bring a 3 x 5 index card listing the ingredients used to make your koulourakia (in case the judges are allergic to any of the ingredients). The contest will be held in the afternoon on Thursday, July 21 of Supreme Convention week. The judges panel will include the Presidents of our Orders and special guest judge Julie Fiedler, a member of the Maids of Athena who was a challenger on Iron Chef America. The winner of the Koulouraki Contest will not only take home the title of BEST KOULOURAKI MAKER but also take home $500!!! Contestants must sign up in advance by July 1.
