The Supreme Lodge and Board are excited to announce that the dates of this convention were changed in an effort to accommodate our brothers and sisters who wanted the convention in July. Delegates and alternates, as well as non-delegates and guests, can still register on site as well as purchase individual event tickets such as: AHEPA Family Greek Night, AHEPA Awards Lunch and AHEPA Grand Banquet/Ball (limited seating). CONVENTION ADVERTISING Support the 2012 AHEPA Supreme Convention by placing an advertisement in the 90th Anniversary Commemorative Album. To submit your ad, download the Convention Advertising Form and mail in your ad and check to AHEPA Headquarters. Deadline: June 1, 2012 HOTEL RESERVATIONS Make your reservations today by calling the Monte Carlo at the number listed below or by clicking on the web site provided below. The Hotel Reservation Department's toll-free number is 800-311-8999. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Annual Supreme Convention 2012, and a group code XASC12 and confirm their reservations with a deposit prior to the cut off date. The Sons of Pericles and Maids of Athena Supreme/Grand Lodges have been hard at work planning this year's Supreme Convention! As most of you know already, the Supreme Convention this year is July 22-27 in Las Vegas, NV. Of course, with every convention comes our famous After-Hours!
