Public Bar Dupont The Party starts at 5:30 PM! Kick-off is 6:00 PM! Greece continues its World Cup 2014 group play against Japan on Thursday June 19, 2014 at 6:00 PM EDT in Natal, Brazil, a start time perfectly timed for happy hour! We here at DCGreeks.com are throwing a World Cup Watch Party at the Dupont Circle location of Public Bar and we're inviting all Greeks and Philhellenes to join us! Public Bar Dupont Circle is home to a 240" projection HDTV -- the largest in the city -- and will be tuned to the game with sound. We'll be situated around one of the largest U-shaped bars in the District! We're joining together with the Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour series, so we should have a pretty good crowd on hand to cheer on Greece to victory! Specials Public Bar has some great specials during World Cup telecasts, including $3 Bud and Bud Lights and $4 Peronis along with other food specials. Public Bar features a massive 240" projection HDTV (the largest in the city) which will be tuned to the game with the sound on, creating a perfect atmosphere for cheering on Greece to victory!
