Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour Join us on Thursday, December 16, 2021 starting at a special early start time of 6:00 PM as the Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour series heads to Georgetown with a stop at the Modern Lusso pop-up shop inside Concept 31/M followed by Happy Hour at The Sovereign starting at 7:00 PM. Join us for an open house hosted by Annapolis native Niko Kokkinos at his Modern Lusso pop-up shop inside Concept 31/M, where you can shop from Modern Lusso's Fall/Winter 2021 collection, inspired by Greek culture and heritage, mixing elements of urban street style. After you've done some shopping, walk one block down M St to The Sovereign, a neighborhood bar and bistro committed to celebrating the rustic cuisine and fabled brewing culture of Belgium, featuring 25 drafts and over 350 bottles, wine, and cocktails. About Modern Lusso The ML concept started in the summer 2018, when the creator of the brand Niko Kokkinos came up with the vision to mix his personal style with his Greek roots. Our vision is to create collections that have a mixture of Greek heritage and urban street style. ML has now become a lifestyle brand, offering two main collections a year, our signature collection is during the summer months as the Greek summers are unforgettable. Modern Lusso carefully hand-selects and creates all our collections with mindset of the Greek heritage that our founder, Niko has instilled in the brand. The rotation of collections is on-going, our newest collection Fall/Winter21 will be released soon, the limited collections are available exclusively in the American market. With visits to a variety of bars, restaurants, and lounges in the most vibrant neighborhoods of DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Third Thursday is a great way to catch up with old friends and make new ones in the Greek community. We strive to maintain the simple principles of its founders while expanding the event to an ever-changing audience of Greeks in the area.
