Join us on Thursday, December 15, 2022 starting at 7:00 PM as the Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour series visits one of DC's newest venues for karaoke, Ginza Karaoke Spot & BBQ Lounge, in the heart of Barracks Row!  After a wildly popular but unexpected karaoke-focused Third Thursday in November 2021, we're doing this up right and planning in advance!  Ginza takes its design cues from Tokyo's Ginza district, which features its most famous shopping, dining and entertainment. The building’s second level, dubbed Ginza Karaoke, is a karaoke lover's haven, split into an array of distinct areas, with its largest room accommodating up to 28 people. One level up on the third floor, the Ginza BBQ lounge offers a menu of traditional Japanese BBQ favorites. Served alongside a selection of starters and desserts, all can be enjoyed with one of their many unique cocktails.

Since 2001, Third Thursday has provided Greek-Americans, Greeks, Cypriots, and Philhellenes from the Washington, DC area and beyond the chance to meet every month in a relaxed atmosphere, particularly welcoming those who have moved from different parts of the country for work or school into the greater DC area Greek community.  With visits to a variety of bars, restaurants, and lounges in the most vibrant neighborhoods of DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Third Thursday is a great way to catch up with old friends and make new ones in the Greek community. We strive to maintain the simple principles of its founders while expanding the event to an ever-changing audience of Greeks in the area.  We look forward to seeing you -- or meeting you for the first time -- at the next Third Thursday.
