Columbus Day Weekend 2024 Washington, DC Highlights of the weekend include a Friday Night Welcome Reception, Friday Greek Night, Saturday Morning Sightseeing Tour, Saturday Night Grand Gala, and a Sunday afternoon after-church event! Hotel Block A block has been set up at the JW Marriott Washington, DC hotel at a special $249/night for 1 King or 2 Doubles (max 4 guests), with no Destination Fee. Schedule of Events

Greek Night at Expat featuring DJ Xenia (21+) DCGreeks.com in association with The Chios Societies of the Americas & Canada presents the 67th National Convention Greek Night at Expat! Join 💯s of Χιώτες from all over the US and Canada in town for the 67th National Convention along with local Greeks and Philhellenes for an exclusive Greek Night at Expat in DC. We've secured a full buyout of Expat, where our guests can experience a vibrant game area and a spacious, contemporary dance floor featuring a full bar, 20 TVs, and a striking 10-foot video wall. Those looking for more quiet surroundings can visit Expat's elegant Library Room with upscale modern dιcor and full bar service or relax in Expat's private back bar area. DC-based and internationally-known DJ Xenia will be spinning your favorite Greek dance hits! Saint Sophia Cathedral Service and Farewell Brunch The Chios Society of the Greater Washington, DC Area extends a special invitation for our convention guests to attend service at our beautiful Cathedral in DC (15 minutes from the JW Marriott). The new leadership of the Chios Societies of the Americas and Canada will be sworn in and a farewell brunch will follow. Tickets Tickets to each event of the 67th National Chian Convention are sold a la carte, with discounts in place for purchasing Grand Gala tickets early!
