About deTournai:

deTournai, DC's "progressive rock brother duo" and “brotherly prog-rock duo” as described by The Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine, is a band native to the Washington, DC area. deTournai has played several acclaimed shows in the DC area and NYC since their forming in Summer of 2021, including at Jammin’ Java, the National Cherry Blossom Festival, Rockwood Music Hall in NYC, Pete’s Candy Store in Brooklyn, The Exchange Saloon, Superfine Art Fair, and Corolla Beer Garden in Corolla, Outer Banks, NC.

Bandmates and brothers Vasilis and Christos, born and raised in the Washington, DC area, are formally trained in classical piano since age five. A mix of progressive and indie rock, deTournai brings a fresh sound with classical roots. Their debut single, Adore You, combines elements of rock and pop, infused with passionate guitar solos and fills, leaving the listener both relaxed and engaged in vocals and guitar.
