By August 12th- $50 per person
After August 12th- $75 per person
Please indicate if you will be playing volleyball or other special needs on registration form.
Register online through DCGreeks.com's secure server! Credit card registrations taken online at the time of registration. If you wish to pay by check, please also register online, but mail us your check to the address found on the registration form.
FRIDAY
7:00PM-9:00PM- Registration at the Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Hotel. 39th St and Atlantic
10:00PM- Til- Oceanfront Beach Party. Specific location given at registration. Later, at your leisure, explore the night life of Virginia Beach with a trek down the Boardwalk or Atlantic Avenue with your new and old friends. If you go clubbing, just remember the trolleys stop running at midnight.
SATURDAY
9:00-10:00AM- Morning Registration at Holiday Inn SunSpree
10:00AM- Volleyball Games & Activities, Holiday Inn SunSpree Beach Front- Team Roster and
Game Schedule will be available at registration. The sand gets extremely hot so you may
want to wear watershoes or some comfortable footwear, such as socks.
12:30-2:00PM- Lunch served on the side of Holiday Inn SunSpree by Pagoda on the boardwalk.
2:30PM-4:00PM- Volleyball Finals(times may be arrange to play earlier), Continue Beach Fun
6:30PM- Mixer at the Holiday Inn SunSpree First Floor Banquet Room
7:00PM- Dinner. Served promptly so guests need to be seated by this time.
8:30PM- Tournamet Awards
9:00PM- Beach Greek Night
Midnigt-Til- Late night discussions at one of the YAL Host Rooms or enjoy a moonlit beach walk.
SUNDAY
10:00AM- You are all greatly encouraged to join us for Divine Liturgy at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Norfolk (-see directions insert) Father Costa will be announcing and welcoming participating churches to our community.
1:00PM- Cookout/Pool Party at a beautiful home by the Chesapeake Bay.

12:00PM- Lunch Served at the Holiday Inn SunSpree from YAL Host Rooms.
1:00PM- For those interested in playing volleyball meet in the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel to
depart for Annunciation Greek Orthodox Catheral Helenic Center

12:30PM- Lunch served in the Hellenic Center following church services
