Join us on Thursday, March 16, 2023 starting at 7:00 PM as the Third Thursday Greek Young Professionals Happy Hour takes in the first full day of the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament action at The Exchange, DC's oldest Sports Saloon, for our first Third Thursday here since March 2019!

Located steps from the White House, Greek-owned The Exchange features 26 HDTV monitors located throughout three dining rooms, a 6 foot by 4 foot drop down screen Hi-Def projection TV, and state of the art sound system perfect for catching all the day's action. We've hosted a World Cup Watch Party and three past Third Thursdays here since 2014, and we were getting ready to announce this as the location of the March 2020 edition of Third Thursday before the pandemic shutdown, so we're happy to once again find our way back here..

Since 2001, Third Thursday has provided Greek-Americans, Greeks, Cypriots, and Philhellenes from the Washington, DC area and beyond the chance to meet every month in a relaxed atmosphere, particularly welcoming those who have moved from different parts of the country for work or school into the greater DC area Greek community.  With visits to a variety of bars, restaurants, and lounges in the most vibrant neighborhoods of DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Third Thursday is a great way to catch up with old friends and make new ones in the Greek community. We strive to maintain the simple principles of its founders while expanding the event to an ever-changing audience of Greeks in the area.  We look forward to seeing you -- or meeting you for the first time -- at the next Third Thursday.
