Member ID:   Peter_Balos

Hi, my name is Peter_Balos and I'm a 24 year-old first-generation Greek-American male from Arlington, VA. I am looking for a serious relationship with women.
I am 6' 1". I would consider my body type to be athletic.
I don't smoke and I drink in social settings.
I am a Greek Orthodox Christian. I attend church regularly.

I have a Bachelor's Degree. My Occupation: Not Specified.

Personal Statement:

I was born and raised Greek Orthodox. I am a half-greek, half-filipino first-generation American. My family and I just moved to the DMV area from Florida. I love being Greek - it reminds me to be steadfast in my faith, be proud of my culture and heritage, and represent it well to all those around me. I attend St. Katherine's GOC in Falls Church, VA and am looking for another community of young Greeks in the area. I am a psalti at St. Katherine's and love to sing/chant. I graduated from Ursinus College in PA with a BA in Economics, and played on their baseball team all four years (I saw the notice about the kickball team - I'd love to sign up!). I graduated in May of 2025. In June 2025, I landed my first job in Wilmington, DE as a fundraiser for a Conservative non-profit - focused on building long-term relationships and raising money. About a month ago, my department was outsourced and I was sadly laid off. I now moved in and am staying with my family in Arlington, and am interviewing for a few organizations in the area, a couple of which look promising. My Greek identity has helped me to remain disciplined in my job search and maintain my work ethic on finding a new job. I also love to Greek Dance - I grew up doing it in my Florida church! I was also the President of GOYA there.

The kind of person I'm looking for on DCGreeks.com:

I am in no rush - seeking a social (and preferably Greek) Orthodox Christian who pursues truth and salvation on the road to falling in love.
