JOURNEY TO MEDITERRANEAN SUMMER 2026 | PHASE I

Join TheGreekend as we launch AirGreekend, our Summer 2026 event campaign inspired by this year's Mediterranean Summer journey. The votes are in, & Washington DC secured the first stop on the AirGreekend flight path, making DC the official launch point for Summer 2026. The adventure begins with “The Takeoff” in the DMV area before continuing with “The Layover” in London and concluding with “The Destination” in Paros, Greece.

For one night, we're bringing together Greek and Philhellene young professionals from across the DMV for cocktails, music, dancing, vibes, and new connections as we officially kick off summer.

Hosted at the stylish Darna Lounge in Arlington, VA, The Takeoff is designed to capture the excitement of the journey ahead. Expect a vibrant crowd, Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere, great music, and the signature Greekend energy that has connected thousands of young adults across North America and Europe.

This special event is presented in partnership with DCGreeks.com, DMV IHS,and Ravvoo, helping bring together young professionals from throughout the greater Washington, DC area. Music will be provided by DJ Mixalis of Utopia DC, keeping the energy high throughout the evening.
