Fighting for what you want and fighting for those you care about. Growing up with a learning disability, people never really expected as much from me, but I took it as my mission and I became more than even I thought possible. One of the biggest things I’ve learned along the way is that regardless of whether I’m talking to a CEO or the person bagging my groceries, everyone deserves the same respect. I like to entertain people and make them feel like they’re part of the joke, even if it means making myself the butt of it. I’ve even gone as far as to paint myself and play “baby hulk” just to get a laugh. Giving back to the community has always been important to me. I’ve never been great a tennis, but I played in a community league when I was 12. Now, I’m the league’s sponsor. I hope they have a better serve than me.
